Children enjoy Annual Trip to Amusement Parks! !

The SUMCD agency sponsors trips to DelGrosso Amusement Park in Altoona and Knoebel’s Grove in Elysburg every Spring to celebrate those children moving onto Kindergarten and those moving into new classrooms or centers and to just plain HAVE FUN!!!
Families receive free rides for their child(ren) and a meal of pizza or bar-b-que. You can see by the expression of joy on the faces of the children, everyone had a great time!! It is a fun-filled happy day - the cold and short rain shower didn’t stop anyone from having fun!!
We would like to thank DelGrosso Park and Knoebel’s Grove for providing preschools with a discount to enjoy their parks.
